This house was designed and built in 2000 and completely renovated 20 years later.
BVA Studio was involved as both the initial architect and the upgrading architect.
East facing facade makes the most of morning sun and water views.
The kitchen seamlessly connects the inside with the outdoor seating area over a dual sided counter.
